Day Trip to La Alpujarra on a Royal Enfield Bullet (Guided Tour or Chauffeured Pillion Ride)

Let us take you on a tour of Spain's highest mountain villages and discover the traditional lifestyles of La Alpujarra on this day trip from Salobreña, Granada Province.

Discover Lanjaron (famous for its medicinal springs), Pampaneira, Capileira, Bubion (traditional Mozarabic styled villages), Trevelez, the highest village in Spain (famous for it's jamon) and many more, plus enjoy a visit to a folk museum (weekends only) and a local chocolate factory, all rounded off with an authentic “Alpujarreño” lunch!

This day trip will pass through some of the most stunning landscapes in Spain, since La Alpujarra is part of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. With its important Moorish cultural heritage, the characteristic landscape is made up of small white villages with earthen, flat-roofed houses (similar to those still being built in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco), and small terraces cut into the mountainside for farming, some of which are almost 2.000 metres above sea level. All of these aspects combine to make a visit to this unique area a must.

  • Our Guided Moto Tours cost - 240€ solo or 265€ with pillion and include moto rental, insurance, riding gear, fuel, lunch and beverages - (discounts are available for groups of three)

For insurance purposes all riders must be over 25 years of age, be in possession of a valid motorcycle licence and have at least two years recent riding experience (preferably on twisty mountain roads).

 More information

If you are making your own travel arrangements, we recommend you to be at the departure point in Salobreña 30 minutes before the tour starts. Aprox. 9:00am

All rentals include third party liability insurance. As motorcycle touring is considered an adventure sport we advise you to arrange travel/personal accident insurance that covers this type of activity.

  •   You are also required to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit of 500€ (or equivalent if you prefer to pay in your local currency) in cash to cover damages to any of the motos or equipment. This will be returned in full at the end of your tour,  provided no damage has been caused. Most of us have dropped our bikes at some stage of our riding career and we have found Enfields to be very forgiving in this respect. Minor damage can be straightened out in-house but sometimes it can not. If any of the motos are dropped or crashed causing damage which cannot be repaired in this manner, unfortunately you will be liable for the cost of the repair and this will be deducted from your Accidental Damage Deposit. Thankfully this is a rarity!
